From there, the winner will advance to the World Final in Tokyo Japan this December, taking the next step toward shaping the future.

Working a Lead 3D Artist for Inphantry
My Role in bringing the design to Life
Working closely with Inphantry's designers, I created detailed 3D models of the MIT venue using precise room schematics. This ensured all elements—furniture, stage, seating, and design features—fit seamlessly within the layout.
My Role:
To support the team's vision, I brought the 3D set into Unreal Engine, generating images and fly-through animations that provided clients with an immersive preview of the event. These visualizations highlighted key element placement, spatial flow, and the overall atmosphere, enhanced with realistic lighting to capture the event's ambiance.
The detailed 3D layouts, quick revisions, and realism in Unreal Engine, enabled Inphantry to plan confidently and helped clients swiftly approve the designs, boosting assurance that the space was both functional and inspiring for attendees.

HUDSON BUILDING | Chicago, IL
Working as a contract 3D artist for this project in 2026.
Set within the modern architecture of the Hudson Building in downtown Chicago, this event design focused on creating an engaging attendee experience while maximizing the venue’s natural light and open floor plan. I recreated the entire event space as a highly accurate 3D digital twin in Unreal Engine, allowing the team to visualize the event before construction and installation began.
The virtual environment was used to evaluate attendee flow, stage visibility, sightlines, screen placement, branding opportunities, and the overall balance of the event layout. Working from architectural drawings and venue schematics, I helped determine banner dimensions, graphic placement, wayfinding locations, and the positioning of key experiential elements throughout the space.
Real-time visualization enabled rapid design iterations and stakeholder reviews, helping identify potential challenges early in the planning process while ensuring the final environment supported both functional requirements and the intended guest experience. AI-enhanced imagery was also used during the concept phase to create more realistic representations of attendees and event interactions within the space.
